I'm not sure what we've done to incur the wrath of the Podcasting Gods, but they decided to reek havoc on our humble little show. A string of scheduling issues and technical difficulties converged to make a perfect storm, hindering us from recording the show. While all seemed lost, we here at MONOLITH never gave up and we persevered despite all obstacles!!! After all the good stuff we watched this weekend, we knew this show MUST BE DONE.

Elite XC...what can I say? Kimbo Slice vs. Ken Shamrock didn't happen, but it was an entertaining show. Shawn joins me tonight to recap an event that had some good (Murilo "Ninja" Rua vs. Benji Radach), some average (Jake Shields vs. Paul Daley), and most importantly, noteworthy moments (Kimbo Slice vs. Seth Petruzelli.) Our discussion on Kimbo/Petruzelli is probably 10x longer than the actual fight, but fun nonetheless.
